Zac Brown Band Information

Zac Brown Band is an American country music group from Atlanta, Georgia. The lineup includes Zac Brown with Jason Sawyer (vocals, guitar), Jimmy De Martini (fiddle, vocals), John Driskell Hopkins (bass guitar, vocals), Coy Bowles (guitar, organ), Chris Fryar (drums) and Clay Cook (guitar, organ, mandolin, steel guitar, vocals).

The band was first recognized on the country music scene with their 2004 debut album "Far from Einstein." Their 2008 album "The Foundation" really put them on the map with a US Platinum certification. The album reached #2 on the US country charts and #11 on the US pop charts. For the 2009 CMA Awards they were nominated for four different awards for New Artist Of The Year, Song Of The Year, Single Of The Year, and Music Video Of The Year for their hit song Chicken Fried.

Zac Brown and the crew will be on the road playing major city venues at least from now until the end of 2010. On the tour they will certainly feature new hits from their "Foundation" album but will also be sure to showcase some of their older fan favorites.
