Currently on the road for their Incredible Machine Tour, country duo Sugarland just released the single “Stuck Like Glue†from the upcoming album, with an expected release date of October. Begun as a trio of singer-songwriters, before the departure of Kristin Hall, opening for such acts as Brad Paisley, Brooks and Dunn and Kenny Chesney, Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush of Sugarland have since proved themselves to be heavily influential artists in the country music world.
Coming from different backgrounds, Nettles heavily influenced by Southern Gospel and having played with the Jennifer Nettles Band and Bush influenced by the Police and the Replacements and a former member of Billy Pilgram, the two combine to create a unique sound that pushes the boundaries of country music. 2008 was the breakout year for the band, landing five country music awards for their hit “Stayâ€. With three studio albums and a holiday collection, Sugarland have created quite a buzz for the upcoming Incredible Machine, with their third headlining world tour, thirteenth single to earn radio play and ever expanding fan base reaching beyond the average country fan.
