Pink Information

American pop sensation P!nk has been turning heads ever since her first album Can’t Take Me Home. But, it was her second album Missundaztood that helped shoot the singer into critical acclaim. Songs such as “Get the Party Started”, “Don’t Let Me Get Me” and “Just Like a Pill” all reached the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100. She also got the attention of the public’s eye by contributing to the song “Lady Marmalade” alongside, Christina Aguilera, Mya and Lil’ Kim for the soundtrack to the film Moulin Rouge!. The singer received a 2002 MTV video music award for both Best Female Video and Best Dance Video and also earned nominations at the 2003 Grammy Awards.

P!nk has collaborated with numerous artists to write songs with including Linda Perry, Tim Armstrong of Rancid, Lisa Marie Presley and singer Beck. Her album I’m Not Dead released two of her biggest singles to date, “U + Ur Hand” and “Stupid Girls”. Her next album Funhouse was shot to success by the single “So What”, which was the first number one of her career. She embarked on her Funhouse Tour where she performed songs while doing a trapeze act, a routine she repeated at the 2010 Grammy Awards. 2010 was a big year for the singer, she got a solo spot on the remake of the 1985 charity single, “We Are The World” and collaborated with Herbie Hancock and Eminem. She released her first compilation album, Greatest Hits… So Far!!! and voiced a character in the movie “Happy Feet Two” and sang the movies theme song “Bridge of Light”.

In September of 2012 she released her sixth studio album, The Truth About Love, along with the single “Blow Me (One Last Kiss)” she also announced a tour to support the album.
