Josh Groban Information

Josh Groban Information, Josh Groban first was recognized as a talented singer/songwriter when he was just 17 years old. In 1998 he was introduced to Grammy-winning producer/arranger David Foster by his vocal coach. He worked for Foster for a few years, standing in for singers as they prepare for big events. In 1999 he stood in for legendary tenor Andrea Bocelli and rehearsed Foster's "The Prayer" with Celine Dion on the Grammy Award's big stage.

Groban's first self titled album climbed to the #8 spot on the U.S. charts, reaching 4x Multi-platinum status. His following three albums repeated the multi-platinum success; all attaining a top three spot at their peak on the charts. He is most well known for his powerful renditions of "You Raise Me Up," "Believe," and "Remember." Groban is now working on a CD/DVD titled "Soundstage Presents: Josh Groban-An Evening in New York City," and will have tour dates lined up for the start of 2010.
