Toronto Raptors information, The Raptors were founded in 1995 along with the Grizzlies. These organizations were the first NBA teams in Canada. In their brief NBA history the Raptors have no NBA Championships to their credit. The Raptors made the playoffs back to back in 2007 and 2008.

Toronto in 2009 failed to meet expectations, ending the season 33-49 and watching the playoffs from home. Despite their overall lack of success the Raptors are full of young potential around their franchise player Chris Bosh, who has led the team in points and rebounds for the past few years. Point guard Jarrett Jack has been added with center Rasho Nesterovic to strengthen the Raptors lineup. They also recently signed former Magic sharp shooter Hedo Turkoglu to help Bosh produce easier offensively.
