St. Louis Blues information, The Blues were founded in 1967. They currently play in the Central Division of the Western Conference of the NHL. Since their inception the Blues have won no Stanley Cups but have reached the finals three times. From 1979-80 to 2003-04 the Blues qualified for the postseason--a streak that's good for second best for all North American pro sports.

The Blues since the NHL Lockout were not able to qualify for the playoffs until 2009, but advanced only to lose in the first round to the Canucks. Led by defensemen Eric Brewer and Barret Jackman, there is no reason why St. Louis can't make it back into the playoffs for a second consecutive season next year.
