The Clippers were born as the Buffalo Braves in 1970. In 1978 they moved to San Diego until they finally settled in Los Angeles for the 1984 season. They currently play in the Pacific Division of the Western Conference and share the Staples Center with the Los Angeles Lakers. The Clippers have only made the playoffs seven times in their history and are currently trying to hold on to the eighth and final spot in the west.
