Information
Formed in 1995 and hailing from Ithaca, New York and Boston, energetic dub-reggae band John Brown's Body will be among the first acts to play at Boston's newly-minted House of Blues. Despite many lineup changes (the passing of bassist Scott Palmer and subsequent departure of vocalist Kevin Kinsella) they are still going strong 13 years and seven albums later. Frontman Elliot Martin has been helping the band evolve into something more than just a reggae group- integrating more hip-hop and rock elements into the band's repertoire. John Brown's Body will play the House of Blues Boston on April 25th.
