

Ace Ticket is a privately owned ticket agency. Prices are based on the difficulty of finding tickets and the cost of obtaining them. If an event is canceled, only the face value will be refunded. Customers also have the option to take full store credit minus shipping if an event is cancelled. All requests for refunds must be made within two weeks of the cancelled event. All sales are final. We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, change of venue, date or time.
Please note that we reserve the right to upgrade your order at no extra cost if your seats are no longer available. You will not be charged if we cannot fill your order. Orders received with invalid Credit cards, declined credit cards, or credit cards that donít match the billing address will not be reserved. Please make sure you include the correct billing address for your credit card. We will only ship to the billing address on file with your credit card company. Internet orders will also incur a 7% service charge upon checkout.
When you place an order online with us you will automatically be enrolled in our Monthly Email Newsletter. If you do not wish to receive this Newsletter please follow the instructions to unsubscribe at the bottom of our Newsletter.
Orders received after 5 PM on weekdays will not be processed until the next business day (Monday-Friday). Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday. Not all orders are immediately available for pickup. You will recieve a call when your tickets are ready for pickup. At that time you will have 7 days to pickup your order. After that time we will automatically charge your card $17.50 and ship your tickets out Fedex to your billing address. Please keep shipping in mind when ordering. All orders are shipped via Federal Express or available for pick up at our office. Orders will not be shipped or received on Saturdays and Sundays. Also note that the shipping option you select reflects the method of shipping that your tickets will have when they ship out. Not all tickets are ready to ship or pickup at the time of purchase especially 2007 Baseball Tickets.. All orders will ship or be ready for pickup in time for all events. The email you receive after your order is sent through is only an indication that your order has been placed, it is not confirmation of order completion. Furthermore, if you selected the pick up at store option tickets must be picked up at our location, not the box office. Tickets will never be held at any box office or venue. Important: Also Note: In Massachusetts, the resale of tickets to certain events is regulated by statutes and regulations, including G.L. c. 140, ßß 185A ñ G, that authorize certain officials, including the Commissioner of Public Safety, to bring legal action against ticket resellers for claimed violations. In order to buy a ticket from Ace Ticket, you must acknowledge and agree that you cannot and will not bring any claim or cause of action in any private suit or administrative proceeding that is in any way based on Ace Ticketís alleged violation of any such statute or regulation, including, without limitation, G.L. c. 140, ßß 185A ñ G, and that your sole and exclusive remedy for the violation of any such statute or regulation will be to file a complaint or other notice with the public official responsible for enforcement of such statute or regulation. By purchasing a ticket from Ace Ticket, you expressly waive and forever release all claims that you, individually or as part of a class, might bring in a private action based on the alleged improper resale of regulated tickets in violation of any such statute or regulation, including, without limitation, G.L. c. 140, ßß 185A ñ G.
