This Summer, the face of Lansdowne street is going to change. Axis, Avalon, Embassy, and Modern will be closing down to combine into a single new facility. The new House of Blues Boston will be a roomy 2500 seat upscale music venue. This venue (and the 3 restaurants which will be a part of the facility) will change not only the face of pre- and post- Sox dining; but also allow national acts to perform at sizable, comfortable, and intimate venue.
The elusive Long Island MC, Doom (who is dropping the MF), is releasing his new record “Born Like This” on March 24th. This is Doom’s first album since 2005’s “Mouse and the Mask” with Dangermouse, and first solo studio record since 2004’s “MM.. Food”.
