Fall Out Boy is a Pop/Punk band from the suburbs of Chicago. Fall Out Boy formed in 2001, but were not widely popular until 2003. It was the success of the 2003 album, Take This to Your Grave that got Fall Out Boy noticed. That year they signed with Island Records and began work on a new album. Their first major label release was 2005's From Under the Cork Tree. The album debuted at #9 on the Billboard Charts and videos from the album were in heavy rotation on MTV and MTV2. There were also a big hit on MTV's TRL Live. In 2005 Fall Out Boy won an MTV Video Music Award and are nominated for Best New Artist at the 2006 Grammy Awards. Fall Out Boy is currently on a U.S. Tour supporting their new album "Infinity On High"
