For the upcoming season they will look to longtime franchise player Mike Modano and captain Brenden Morrow to turn things around. Marc Crawford was named head coach in June of 2009. Dallas seems to be right on the brink of finding success again, but will need to find a way to create a few clutch regular season wins to have any shot at the playoffs.
