The Buffalo Bulls are the intercollegiate athletic teams representing the University at Buffalo. The programs nine sports compete in the NCAA Division 1 Mid-American Conference. Fans and players wear blue and white while rallying behind school mascot Victor E. Bull. Primary playing fields include UB Stadium (The Bullpen), Alumni Arena, and Amherst Audubon Field. The Bulls football team serves as their most popular sport. NFL players from the University consist of John Stofa, Ed Ellis, Ramon Guzman, and Gerry Philbin (to name a few).
