Popular country group Zac Brown Band is set to perform at the Comcast Center in Mansfield, MA Saturday, August 14th following their show at the Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden, NJ. Their 2010 string of concerts will come to a close on Friday, August 20th at the Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. Other venues scheduled to play host to the band include the Mud Island Amphitheatre, Verizon Wireless Music Center, Constellation Brands PAC and the Mystic Lake Casino Hotel.
Zac Brown and Co. are still riding high off their 2008 studio album The Foundation. Their most recognized singles on the record include “Chicken Fried,” “Toes,” “Highway 20 Ride,” “Whatever It Is,” and “Free.” They just recently released their third live album Pass the Jar, which showcases a past performance at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta, GA. American country group Zac Brown Band will be performing at the Agganis Arena in Boston, MA this Friday, October 16th at 7:30 PM. Following the Boston show they will be set to play in Camden, NJ on the 17th and in Champaign, IL on the 21st. While on their tour they have mostly featured songs from their new album “The Foundation.” After the albums release in November of 2008 it went on to reach #2 on the US Country charts and #11 on the US pop charts.
Zac Brown Band consists of Zac Brown himself with Jason Sawyer (vocals, guitar), Jimmy De Martini (fiddle, vocals), John Driskell Hopkins (bass guitar, vocals), Coy Bowles (guitar, organ), Chris Fryar (drums) and Clay Cook (guitar, organ, mandolin, steel guitar, vocals). Their most well known singles are “Chicken Fried,” “Whatever It Is,” and “Toes,” all of which have attained at least the #4 spot on the US Country singles charts. The band was nominated for four different awards including New Artist Of The Year, Song Of The Year, Single Of The Year, and Music Video Of The Year for the 2009 CMA Awards.
