The pop punk band, All Time Low, will be at the Paradise this Wednesday at 7PM. They will be supported by The Summer Set, The Downtown Fiction and Hit the Lights as part of their “Rockshow at the End of the World” concert tour. The tour is in lieu of their most recent album, Don’t Panic, which was released on October 9 and includes their hit single, “Somewhere In Neverland.” (more)

The Boston Celtics will be back at home this week to play the Utah Jazz at TD Garden. The Celtics have been on the road for their last two games playing the Milwaukee Bucks and the Chicago Bulls. Their return home game will be Wednesday night at 7:30PM. (more)

This Week in Boston (October 15 – 21)

The Celtics will open at home this Tuesday against the Brooklyn Nets. The team’s preseason opener was in Turkey where they lost to Fenerbahce Ulker 97-91. The Celtics then beat Milano 105-75, however, evening out their record 1-1. They returned to Boston last Monday hopefully after bonding as a cohesive unit. After playing the New York Knicks in CT this past weekend, catch them at the TD Garden on Tuesday to see if they can make a mark in the preseason. (more)

Two time Grammy Award Winner Ben Harper will be at the Boston Opera House for one night on Friday, October 5. A man of many talents, Harper has been writing his own music since he was twelve and plays the guitar. His eclectic music includes sounds from blues, folk, soul, reggae and rock. He has a total of 11 studio albums and four live albums. He has been constantly on tour since the 1990s which has allowed him to have a solid, dedicated fan base. The show starts at 7:30pm. (more)

The Boston Red Sox will play in their last home series of the season this Tuesday and Wednesday against the Tampa Bay Rays. The Red Sox are officially a losing team for the first time since 1997 at 68-82. Something else to consider, however: The Sox averaged 91.8 wins throughout the past 14 seasons. (more)

The Bruins are at home tonight against the Toronto Maple Leafs at the TD Garden before they begin a streak of away games the rest of the week. The team is coming off a 3-2 win against the Philadelphia Flyers. Before Saturday’s win, the Bruins have struggled with a 1-4 record over the past five games. (more)

The Wilbur Theatre in Boston is known to continuously feature a great deal of established comedians and musicians. No surprise that the historic venue in the heart of the city’s theater district will be playing host to some of the top names in comedy this winter season. (more)
