The Weeknd will be coming to the House of Blues for two nights on Monday and Tuesday. The Canadian R&B singer Abel Tesfaye has been on tour for a month now, hitting the road with Florence + The Machine. His show this week will include songs off of his mixtape albums House of Baloons, Echoes Of Silence and Thursday. Tesfaye will bring his nocturnal like beats to the House of Blues in an effort to place you in the underground nightlife scene of lust, over-indulgence and broken hearts. (more)
Beloved Canadian rock band, Rush released their latest album Clockwork Angels this past June to rave reviews. After 40 years it appears as though nothing is slowing this band down as they hit the TD Garden on October 24. (more)
Veteran progressive rock group Rush has plans to headline a handful of North American venues this April in light of their latest studio album Clockwork Angels. The band’s 19th full-length studio project is projected to drop in stores within the next few months. (more)
Legendary progressive rock band Rush is preparing to showcase their talents at 37 venues across the U.S. starting Tuesday, June 29th at the Hard Rock Casino in Albuquerque, NM. They will then hit up Kansas City’s Starlight Theatre Thursday, July 1st before making their way to Summerfest in Milwaukee, WI the following day. The tour will go on through September before closing at the Cruzan Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach, FL Saturday, October 2nd. The full U.S. tour will stop in other major cities that include Boston, Los Angeles, Denver, Las Vegas, Pittsburgh, Dallas and Atlanta.
Original Rush members Geddy Lee, Alex Lifeson and Neil Peart are planning to feature their old classics along with some new material. They are currently working to complete their 20th studio project. Each venue will feature a different set list despite making sure to perform their most successful studio album Moving Pictures in every show through its entirety. With singles “Tom Sawyer,” “Limelight,” and “YYZ,” the record went on to sell over four million copies after its release in February of 1981. Don’t miss your chance to witness Rush live in concert! Don’t worry this winter weather will be over soon. When the Spring and Summer finally come around, they’ll be some great music to enjoy at the Tweeter Center in Mansfield. Already scheduled to play are Rush, REM, and Tim McGraw. Concert dates are also in the works for Rod Stewart, Radiohead, Dave Matthews, and Jack Johnson. Rumors are also swirling about the possibility of another Police concert, this time at the Tweeter Center.

Rush, the popular progressive rock band from Canada announced their plans to tour in 2008. The ‘Snakes and Arrows’ tour is rumored to be an extensive one.
