McCartney to Play Hollywood Bowl

Sir Paul McCartney is planning to perform at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, CA for two sets of concerts starting Tuesday, March 30th. Before arriving in LA, the longtime singer-songwriter-musician will stop at the Jobin.com Arena in Glendale, AZ Sunday, March 28th. McCartney added the concert dates to further expand on his 2009 summer tour, a string of shows that primarily hit venues throughout the east coast. The Beatles bassist and Wings frontman is widely known as one of the most influential musicians ever. The Guinness World Records has him marked as the leading musical act in pop history with 60 gold discs and sales of 100 million singles. The 67-year old rocker is still impressing audiences all over the world and shows no signs of slowing down. It’s been rumored for McCartney, Bob Dylan and Ringo Star to be collaborating with hopes to release some new material later this year. McCartney Makes Fenway Dates Official

Former Beatle Sir Paul McCartney has made his two-date stint at Fenway Official! McCartney will play on Wednesday August 5th, and Thursday August 6th. Tickets will be available soon, but don’t expect them to be around for long, McCartney’s first trip to the Bay State in years will be in high demand. This will be Fenway’s fouth and fifth concerts of the year, possibly setting a precedent for multiple Fenway Park concerts in the future. Paul McCartney at Fenway Park tickets are available now!

Sox Confirm Fenway Shows in August, McCartney to Play?

Though the name of the artist has not been revealed (awaiting confirmation from the City of Boston and the Artist), the Boston Red Sox have announced a pre-sale for tickets to two shows at Fenway. On August 5th and 6th, America’s Most Beloved Ballpark will host its fourth and fifth shows of the Summer. Fourty-four years ago, The Beatles played their first show in America. Their iconic Shea Stadium performance helped usher in an era of bands playing huge sports arenas. Sir Paul McCartney announced that he will be returning to Flushing for two solo shows in July.  McCartney and company will appear at Citi Field on July 17th and 18th. Rumors of a possible Fenway Park engagement are gaining steam. The Sox are away from the Fens for the first week of August, leaving the grounds crew plenty of time to put the stadium into and out of concert mode.
