Titans big running back LenDale White dropped 37 pounds between last season and this year’s training camp. It wasn’t what he did to lose the weight, it’s what he didn’t do. White, a Patron-brand tequila afficionado, completely quit drinking. “I was a big Patron consumer and that’s what it was… I stopped drinking for six months and the weight, it just started falling off.” After watching his total rushing yards fall from 1,110 in 2007 to 773 in 2008, White decided to do something to improve his physique.
A leaner, healthier LenDale White hopes to lead the Tennessee Titans to an AFC South Championsip
