Great VIP tickets are available for three big Summer shows at the Comcast Center. The Rock the Bells Festival features scheduled performers Nas, Damian Marley, Big Boi, KRS One, TECH N9NE, Supernatural, Slum Village, and Pete Rock on July 18th. Alt-rock giants Nickelback will appear alongside Hinder, Papa Roach, and Saving Abel on July 24th. On August 18th, Creed will be bringing their much-anticipated reunion tour to Mansfield.

Rumors are circulating of a two-night stand in Mansfield for Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band. Current speculation is that the shows would be in mid-to-late August, just after a proposed stop in Connecticut. Dates on this tour have been released slowly, so a confirmation may not be in the cards for a while. Sign up to be notified as soon as Bruce Springsteen tickets are available!

British rock band Coldplay has released a free live album. Left Right Left Right Left will be available both as a download and distributed for free at their shows. “Playing live is what we love. This album is a thank you to our fans — the people who give us a reason to do it and make it happen,” the band said in a press release to fans.

The Rockstar Energy Mayhem Festival will be traveling to the Comcast Center Tuesday, August 4th in Mansfield, MA.  The tour is most known for its hard hitting metal and rock music.  It was assembled by the Vans Warped Tour Founder Kevin Lyman, and by John Reese.  Jagermeister has joined for this years tour, supplying a second mobile stage for each venue.  Featured performers for the 2009 tour will be Marilyn Manson, Slayer, Bullet For My Valentine, and Killswitch Engage.

Legendary rock band Aerosmith will be playing at the Comcast Center in Mansfield, MA on Tuesday June 16th.  This is one of many stops the group will be making in the Northeast this summer, as they are also set to play in Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey.

Aerosmith first became popular with their 1972 hit “Dream On.”  They hit the mainstream in 1975 with their “Toys in the Attic Album,” featuring the classic hits “Walk this Way,” and “Sweet Emotion.”  After over 35 years of major success, Aerosmith is ranked among the top performers of all time. Phish’s May 31st gig at Fenway Park has been confirmed according to Phish.com! Right after Dave Matthews Band rocks the Fens on May 29th and 30th, jam band legends Phish will headline their own show! This is the first time there will be two shows at Fenway in one year, and will kick off the band’s 2009 Summer tour!

Alternative Rock band Incubus is scheduled to play at the Comcast Center on August 1st in Mansfield, MA.  This will be part of a nationwide tour, hitting almost every major city starting on July 9th in San Diego, CA.  They will be performing music from the past and present, mostly featuring their new album “Monuments and Melodies.”  The album is scheduled to come out by June of this year.
