While no deal has been signed it would appear that a verbal agreement to end the months long NHL Lock Out has been reached. The exact details of the deal are not fully know but highlights include: 10 year deal (opt out for both after 8 years), $60 million salary cap, and no change to the July 1 free agency opening. (more)
