Great Stage Park in Manchester Tennessee is prepared to host the ninth annual Bonnaroo Music Festival from Thursday, June 10th to Sunday, June 13th. The Beastie Boys will be performing at the Bonnaroo Music Festival June 13 in Manchester, Tennessee, and they are also scheduled to appear at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on September 24th.  These are just two of the major venues the group plans to hit over the course of the summer to promote their newest studio album “Tadlock’s Glasses.” The group is most famous for their 1998 album “Hello Nasty” featuring the singles “Intergalactic” and “Body Movin.”  They won two Grammy Awards from the album for Best Alternative Music Album and for Best Rap Performance.  Their next major success came around in 2004 with the release of their album “To the 5 Boroughs” featuring the hit “Ch-Check it Out”.  The single reached #1 in the US Modern Rock Tracks and the Canadian Singles Chart. RollingStone.com has heard from multiple sources that newly reunited Phish may be headlining the Bonnaroo Festival in Manchester, TN on June 11th-14th. Phish is rumored to be headlining Friday and Saturday night, and rock legend Bruce Springsteen may be closing the final night. The full schedule will be released some time in February.
