Patrice Bergeron helped his squad with four assists as the Boston Bruins went on to defeat the Blues 4-2, winning their third consecutive contest last night in St. Louis. Mark Recchi, Blake Wheeler, Milan Lucic and Marco Sturm each found the net through plays set up by Bergeron.
“To be honest, the puck was just bouncing our way and the puck was going in,” Bergeron said. “So we’ll take it, but at the same time it’s more about the win than anything else.” The Bruins are now 11-8-4 and playing with some life heading into their next game against the Minnesota Wild tomorrow night. They will then host the New Jersey Devils at the TD Garden on Friday, November 27th.
