Harry Connick Jr Leads Upcoming Events at Colonial Theatre

Boston’s historic Colonial Theatre will be hosting a multitude of exciting events in the coming months. Starting on Tuesday, November 18th and running until the 23rd, Spamalot will make another appearance in Boston. Then Chicago will start a four-date stint on December 12th. In place of the musical Nice Work If You Can Get It, Harry Connick Jr will play three holiday shows on December 19th, 20th, and 21st.

The Colonial will kick off 2009 with a one-off of critically acclaimed Frost/Nixon on January 27th. Children’s book The Magic Tree House will come to life for two performances each on February 21st and 22nd. Celebrate the music of Billy Joel with the return of Movin’ Out for four shows on March 20th, 21st, and 22nd A Bronx Tale will stop in Boston for a run from March 31st to April 11th.  Dame Edna will appear from April 16th to April 19th, and Spring Awakening will run from April 28th to May 24t.
