Tom Brady’s return to the gridiron was nothing short of successful in last night’s preseason contest against the Philadelphia Eagles.  He racked up 100 yards passing with two touchdowns to one interception.  Brady along with other New England starters left the game with an impressive 21-6 lead going into the second half.  The game ended 27-25 in favor of the Patriots, after an impressive comeback by the Eagles in the third quarter.

Staff and fellow players are more than thrilled to see their star quarterback fully recovered. “I thought he was sharp,” said tight end Chris Baker who caught both TD passes from Brady. “He went out there and moved us up and down the field and put some points on the board.”

The Patriots are more than ready to take on the NFL this season and make their way back into the Super Bowl.  Their next preseason game is scheduled for Thursday, August 20th at 7:30 pm against the Cincinnati Bengals.

All regular season New England Patriots tickets are now available!
