The Boston Bruins just recently announced an increase in ticket prices looking ahead to the 2011-12 regular season. The average cost will increase by $4.34 per game with certain tickets remaining the same while some increase by as much as $9.
“We have really been, I’d say for the past five years, conservative in our pricing,” said Bruins Senior VP/Sales & Marketing Amy Latimer. “Four or five years ago, we went down in the number of season ticket prices and then stayed flat for the next two years. So this is probably just bringing it back closer to where we were four and five years ago.”
The Bruins are currently ranked third in the Eastern Conference at 37-21-6 and riding a five-game winning streak heading into their next game tonight against the Ottawa Senators. They will return back to the TD Garden to challenge the Tampa Bay Lightning and Pittsburgh Penguins this Thursday and Saturday. Purchase your Boston Bruins tickets with us at Ace!
