They have a total of 38 albums, 15 studio, 10 live, 4 EPs, and 7 compilations, such as their debut album Iron Maiden, Piece of Mind, and 2010’s The Final Frontier. In 2002, the band was honored with the Ivor Novello International Achievement award and in 2005, they were inducted into the Hollywood RockWalk. They are famous for the mascot, Eddie, who shows up on their album covers and at live performances. In March, they will release a tour documentary, Behind the Beast, which will feature interviews and performances.
The North American leg of the tour kicks off June 21 in North Carolina and will continue on throughout the summer, hitting up spots in the U.S. and Canada.
