Last Monday Marvin Harrison made it clear to the Colts organization that he refuses to take a pay cut, which ultimately resulted in his release.  The only agreement they could come to was for Harrison to become a free agent.  The Colts found his requests too expensive as he is now 36 years old and coming off one of the least productive seasons in his career.

Harrison is 2nd in the NFL?s all time receptions list with 1,102.  He and Colts long time Quarter Back Peyton Manning is arguably the best combo to play the game.  Together they have more completions, yardage, and touchdowns than any other combination in NFL history.

Indianapolis fans will be disappointed knowing Harrison is one of the most popular and successful Colts to play in the last decade. According to speculations he may look to play back where he grew up in Philadelphia alongside former college teammate Donovan McNabb.
