The insanely popular American Idols competition just finished its 6th season, crowning Jordin Sparks as the next American Idol. Jordin joins past winners Kelly Clarkson, Ruben Studdard, Fantasia Barrino, Carrie Underwood and Taylor Hicks. American Idols started as a long shot summer replacement show in 2002.
